**The Opportunity**:
**We are currently seeking a full-time Retail Manager based in our Traralgon, VIC 3844 store. This permanent position is ideal for someone passionate about retail operations, team supervision, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Oversee day-to-day retail operations in the Traralgon store.**
**Coordinate marketing activities and in-store promotions.**
**Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering and inventory control.**
**Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve escalated issues.**
**Supervise team members and assign responsibilities effectively.**
**Assist in pricing strategies and promotional planning.**
**Record and report sales, transactions, and store activity.**
**Manage staff rosters and workplace scheduling.**
**Support staff training and development.**
**Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company procedures.**
**Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising.**
**Work toward achieving sales targets and key store performance indicators (KPIs).**
