**Retail Manager - Based in Traralgon, VIC**

**Salary: $75,000-$80,000 per annum plus superannuation**

**Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent**

**IMPEX IMPORTS INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD, trading as Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding, was founded in 2020 in Dandenong, Victoria. We currently operate four retail stores across Victoria and New South Wales, with a fifth store opening in South Australia in 2025.**

**We specialise in a curated range of stylish, comfortable, and affordable furniture, including bedroom suites, lounges, dining sets, and home décor. We are proudly Australian-owned and focused on long-term, inclusive growth.**

**The Opportunity**:
**We are currently seeking a full-time Retail Manager based in our Traralgon, VIC 3844 store. This permanent position is ideal for someone passionate about retail operations, team supervision, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Oversee day-to-day retail operations in the Traralgon store.**

**Coordinate marketing activities and in-store promotions.**

**Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering and inventory control.**

**Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve escalated issues.**

**Supervise team members and assign responsibilities effectively.**

**Assist in pricing strategies and promotional planning.**

**Record and report sales, transactions, and store activity.**

**Manage staff rosters and workplace scheduling.**

**Support staff training and development.**

**Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company procedures.**

**Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising.**

**Work toward achieving sales targets and key store performance indicators (KPIs).**

**Skills and Qualities We Value**:

**Comfortable working with budgets, sales reports, and POS systems.**
