This is a 12-month Max Term Contract Sydney-based role with flexible working arrangements. As the Senior Manager, NFR Systems and Data Services, you will play a key role in uplift and managing the downstream impacts of strategic initiatives focused on data integration. This role is within the NFR Systems, Non-Financial Risk and Chief Compliance Office team. This role is ideal for someone with strong SAS and SQL skills who can assist the NFR Systems team to deliver changes required as part of the UNITE initiative by translating business needs into technical requirements and scalable analytical solutions. You will also focus on identifying and automating manual or repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and enhance data quality What do I need? This role suits someone with a strong technical background and an interest in cross-functional initiatives. You’ll need: 5 years of experience in data analysis within Banking, Risk, or a related regulated environment Proficiency in SAS for data manipulation, transformation, and analytical workflows Strong SQL skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex problem statements into efficient data solutions Proficiency across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, with hands-on experience building advanced applications using Power Apps and designing end-to-end automated workflows using Power Automate, including integrations with enterprise systems (e.g. databases, SharePoint, APIs, and other internal platforms) Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into clear, actionable outcomes for business stakeholders and cross- functional team Why join us?
