**The opportunity**
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Co-designing with stakeholders and end-users
- Conduct research to understand user and business requirements, implement design iterations and undertake user testing
- Articulate your entire design process, including user research, concepts and design rationale
- Design using insights from qualitative and quantitative research, and create artefacts such as personas, customer journey maps and task flows
- Create wireframes, low and high fidelity designs and prototypes
- Work with developers to implement your design solutions
**To qualify for the role, you must have**:
- A minimum of 2 years UX Design experience
- A good understanding of information architecture, user flows, UI design principles, wireframing, prototyping and user-centred design principles
- A portfolio exemplifying your design process
- Experience across Sketch, Figma, InVision or equivalent wireframing/prototyping tools
**Ideally, you will also have**:
- Experience running client workshops
- Experience working closely with developers
- Experience working in agile
