Assistant Director - Bright Steps Academy Murray Bridge
Bright Steps Academy Murray Bridge is a well-established, community-focused childcare centre, and we're seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join our leadership team.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate early childhood professional to support an established centre, mentor educators, strengthen family relationships, and work alongside the Centre Director to deliver high-quality education and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Centre Director with daily operations and team leadership
* Assist with enrolments, compliance, and reporting
* Mentor and guide educators to deliver high-quality, play-based programs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community
About You
* Experience in a leadership or senior educator role within Early Childhood Education
* ECT qualification or Diploma (or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements
* A genuine passion for inspiring teams and supporting children and families
* Collaborative, professional, and people-focused approach
