As the **Quality Assurance Compliance Manager,** you'll be managing the quality standards for the entire operation and play an integral role in their leadership team working alongside their QA Coordinators.
**The Role**:
- Maintaining and developing the HACCP program.
- Undertaking Risk assessments, updating documentation and ensuring correct training plans are in place.
- Ensuring site compliance under legislative and regulatory requirements
- Establish, maintain, monitor QA objectives and activities supporting the organisations corporate business plan and policies.
- Conduct internal checks to ensure policies are being performed in accordance with site procedures that you will be responsible for implementing.
- Conduct routine inspections of factory, processes and products in accordance with governing standards.
- Design, implement and maintain the quality assurance system alongside working through audits and documentation.
- Report, analyse and present data and reports request by Senior Management
- Liaise with customers, auditors and external parties as required.
- Investigate and respond diligently to customer complaints.
- You will support and assist in development of quality team members to ensure compliance and QA objectives are met.
- Assist with internal and external audits of the facility and carry out daily operational product and process monitoring.
- Food Technology and/or Food Science Qualification desirable, or equivalent experience
- Possess 5 + years of experience in a quality management role within Food Manufacturing (baked goods advantageous)
- HACCP Certifications
- TACCP/VACCP Training
- SQF Practitioner (or knowledge of GFSI Quality certifications)
- Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain internal and external stakeholders in all levels of the business.
- Maintain Quality Systems to ensure regulatory compliance with respect to Food Safety/Risk, HACCP and GMP principles.
