About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will lead and implement change management activities to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to foster engagement, deliver impactful communications and training, and ensure change initiatives are adopted effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs to facilitate smooth transitions
* Identify and engage key stakeholders, including executive leadership, managers, and employees, to gain their support and buy-in for change initiatives
* Design and deliver clear, concise, and engaging communication materials to convey the purpose, benefits, and progress of change initiatives
* Foster strong relationships with project teams, department heads, and external consultants to align change efforts with broader organisational strategies
We are seeking someone with:
* 5+ years' experience in change and business readiness across medium to large projects in financial services
* A strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate and address potential barriers to change
