The role of HR Advisor will have a major focus on HR generalist activities such as:
- Consult and counsel all levels of management, salaried and hourly employees
- General HR advice and guidance to both blue & white collar employees
- Performance management and disciplinary action advice
- Management of end-to-end recruitment campaigns
- Management of Employee Opinion Surveys and action planning
- Lead new employee onboarding and induction programs
- Facilitation of various HR related training packages
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR information systems to ensure data accuracy
- Partner with HR Service Centres, Compensation + Benefits and Payroll teams to assist in the administration and support of employee remuneration
**About You**
- Prior Human Resource experience working in a generalist capacity or within recruitment (preferably within a logistics warehousing environment)
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a business-related discipline or relevant job related field
- Organised & efficient work practices with the ability to prioritise your workload and multitask
- Confidentiality, discretion and sound judgement
- Effective interpersonal (both written and verbal) communication skills
- Intermediate-Advanced MS Office Skills and experience with a HRIS or other databases (Chris21, Peoplesoft and/or Taleo would be highly regarded)
