Key program in SEQ seeking Organisational Change Manager for an initial contract through to EOFY.
**Your new company**
Hays have partnered with a State Government department to appoint an Organisational Change Manager to one of the highest profile infrastructure projects since Cross-River Rail. Currently at Stage 2, and with plenty of work in the pipeline for an extension, this isn't one you want to miss.
**Your new role**
As the Organisational Change Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating effective and efficient delivery of change and the adoption of information systems and technology services. Your day-to-day will include:
- Lead, plan, and deliver project communication
- Undertake stakeholder analysis, and develop engagement strategies and plans
- Identify, analyse, and prepare change -focused risk mitigation
- Support and engage Program and Project leadership in managing and communication organisational change
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be an experienced Change professional, with at least 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of structured change. You will have a proven track record in designing and developing digital training material, as well as a solid background in the successful delivery of complex ICT projects involving significant business change. You will also be an exceptional communicator, with the ability to comfortably engage with end-users and the program team.
**What you'll get in return**
You'll be offered an initial contract through to EOFY, with a strong chance of extension beyond that. As this project is only at Stage 2, you're joining at a stage where you can still jump onboard and make an impact on how the change activities of this project will run, with the support of an established project team behind you. You'll also be remunerated at an attractive hourly rate of **$132.94/hour including super or plus GST**.
