Responsibilities
Become a Road Safety Hero who is highly regarded in the community and plays a vital role in keeping children, parents, teachers and motorists safe. Work relief shifts across the Wagga Wagga Local Government Area during school term hours (8:00‐9:30 AM and 2:30‐4:00 PM). Minimum shift length is one hour, Monday to Friday. Perform duties that support school crossing safety, foster community relationships and respond to safety hazards.
Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, reliable and prepared to work in any weather. Effective communication skills and alertness to potential dangers are required. You must be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Check, Police Check and a Health Assessment; assistance will be provided if not already completed.
Benefits
Hourly rate of $33.83 with superannuation.
