* Develop an overarching digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives, focusing on driving customer acquisition through innovative digital channels.
* Engage with sales, product, engineering, customer success, and executive teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's market position and target audience.
* Utilize these insights to create content and campaigns that resonate with key stakeholders.
* Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, encompassing SEO, content marketing, paid advertising (PPC), and email marketing, aimed at boosting conversions and expanding the customer base.
* Design and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives spanning digital touchpoints such as email, social media, paid search, and content marketing, ensuring maximum impact throughout the customer journey.
* Oversee and mentor a team of digital marketers, providing direction and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
* Guide the creation of content that aligns with marketing goals, collaborating with design, web, and SEO teams to ensure seamless delivery of assets enhancing the customer experience.

About You
* 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role in B2B SaaS marketing.
* Strong foundation in both inbound and outbound marketing, encompassing content creation and performance-driven strategies.
* Extensive knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and other digital channels.
* Proven ability to build and lead high-performing digital marketing teams.
* Success in developing and executing cross-channel campaigns, including webinars, digital ads, social media, and email outreach.
* Proficiency with digital marketing platforms like HubSpot.
* Analytical mindset focused on measuring success and driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.
