Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator with deep expertise in Veeam Backup & Replication to design, enhance, and support our backup and recovery environments across cloud and on‑premise platforms. In this role, you will lead technical initiatives, develop backup strategies, and serve as a key escalation point within our Technical Operations team.

Responsibilities:
What you'll be doing:
* Designing and owning roadmaps for core infrastructure technologies.
* Delivering expert administration, architecture, and support for Veeam Backup & Replication.
* Enhancing disaster recovery processes across cloud and on‑prem environments.
* Leading backup and recovery projects from design to implementation.
* Managing backup infrastructure across datacentres, networks, and corporate systems.
* Ensuring availability, reliability, and performance across backup operations.
* Contributing to strategic improvements and technical innovation.
* Maintaining documentation, compliance, and operational integrity.
Requirements:
What you'll bring:
* Advanced experience with Veeam Backup & Replication v12+.
* Strong knowledge of cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, GCP.
* Experience across networking (Cisco, Palo Alto), Windows/Linux systems, VMware, automation tooling, and monitoring technologies.
* Ability to diagnose complex issues, plan and implement solutions, and mentor others.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
