Your Role – Supplier Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supplier Coordinator to join our Business Transformation & Technology team. This role plays a key part in managing supplier relationships and ensuring accurate, high-quality product and pricing information is delivered through centralised processes.
The position suits someone who is proactive, confident in supplier communication, and comfortable working with data, documentation and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Engagement & Coordination
Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers
Communicate requirements, timelines and documentation standards
Follow up on outstanding information and ensure timely submissions
Review supplier documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance
Resolve missing or incorrect information directly with suppliers
Process & Documentation Management
Provide templates and ensure compliance with governance standards
Prepare and validate categorisation, product descriptions, pricing and attributes
Maintain accurate filing and documentation tracking
Support updates for both new and existing product lines
System & Administrative Tasks
Maintain supplier and product data in established systems
Use Excel for data processing, reporting and template preparation
Coordinate communications and scheduling via Outlook and Teams
Projects & Initiatives
Support centralisation of supplier relationship management and master data processes
Contribute to master data remediation and digital transformation initiatives
Assist with cross-functional projects in product and category management
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Advanced computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Experience coordinating operational processes or supplier documentation
High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
Desirable Experience
Background in procurement, category management or building/construction
Familiarity with GS1 standards
Experience with ERP systems
Understanding of master data processes and governance requirements
