As a senior team member, you will also be available for on-call support as the need arises, within a 6:30 am - 6:30 pm window, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care when they need it most.As a Senior Home Care Worker, you will:Provide friendly companionship and emotional support to clients in their homesAssist with medications and personal caresAssist with household tasks such as light cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping.Support clients with transport to appointments and community activities.Encourage independence and well-being in a home environment.Participate in the review of client care plans, ensuring documentation is complete and accurateTrain and mentor Home Care WorkersWhat we're looking forAre you somebody who is passionate about delivering quality Home Care services to the local community?
