Tenancy Management Officer Role

This role plays a vital part in supporting residents to maintain safe, secure, and sustainable tenancies. You'll work alongside tenants, support providers, and community partners to deliver respectful, person-centred housing services that create real and lasting impact.
Responsibilities:
* Support residents throughout their housing journey with empathy and respect
* Manage the end-to-end tenancy process – from allocations and inspections to documentation and exit planning
* Work collaboratively with support providers to address complex needs and sustain tenancies
* Monitor rent payments and manage arrears with fairness and consistency
* Promote inclusive, safe, and welcoming housing environments
* Build effective partnerships with external support agencies and safety networks
* Contribute to continuous service improvement aligned with our strategic goals
Mandatory Requirements:
* Real Estate Salesperson Certificate or Certificate IV in Community Services and relevant experience
