We are seeking a skilled professional to support our members with brand identity, digital platforms, and day-to-day marketing needs.
About the Role
* Coordinate member engagement across marketing, digital, and branding services
* Support brand development including logos, signage, and online presence
* Manage updates across websites, email marketing platforms, and affiliate programs
* Deliver member onboarding, training resources, and content support
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experience
This is a hands-on role where you will work across multiple touchpoints to deliver an excellent experience to members. You will be supported by a close-knit team and have plenty of scope to grow.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification in marketing or a related discipline, 1+ year of experience in a marketing support or coordinator role, and proficiency in Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop, email platforms, and CMS. The candidate should also possess a creative eye for design, strong attention to detail, and excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
