This is more than a sales role, it's your chance to be the trusted face of TPT Wealth across Tasmania's financial services community. You'll activate your network, build meaningful partnerships, and drive the growth of our Funds Under Management by connecting advisers, institutions, and investors with our trusted income funds and tailored investment solutions.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and lead a strategic growth plan for fund distribution across key Tasmanian markets
* Strengthen and energise existing referral relationships across adviser groups, law firms, accountants, and institutions
* Build new alliances to expand our retail investor reach
* Represent TPT Wealth at industry events, professional development forums and partner roadshows
* Work closely with our investment, lending, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless and compliant client journey
* Deliver outstanding service and insights that keep clients coming back
What You'll Bring:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in funds management distribution, BDM, or investment advisory roles
* RG146 compliant with a deep understanding of income funds and managed investments
* Track record of exceeding growth targets and building lasting relationships
* Working knowledge of AML/CTF, KYC, and compliance frameworks
* Confidence, credibility, and polish in stakeholder engagement — from one-on-one meetings to boardroom pitches
* Self-drive, initiative, and commercial acumen to thrive in a highly autonomous role
