Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contract
* Managing both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumes
* Delivering standout customer service—balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customers
* Building strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partners
* Managing the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; and
* Taking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.
