About You You’ll take on project-broad responsibilities and wider scopes of challenging work in a ‘direct’ work environment and a bureaucracy-free zone. You’ll be involved with the design, technical support and project delivery whilst leading and mentoring your team. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Civil Engineer OR Senior Civil Designer, you'll get involved with: Leading & mentoring junior team members Maintaining existing & building new client relationships Modelling, design & documentation of roads subdivisions, drainage, hydraulics & earthworks Technical input to ensure designs meet project needs Timely and budget-conscious project delivery Key Skills & Attributes To excel in this role, you will ideally have: A Civil / Associate Engineering degree (recognised by EA.) 10-20 years of engineering / design experience Familiarity with Austroads/NZ standards & Australian regulations Exp. in geometric design and modeling, eg 12D or similar Strong in design of roads, subdivisions, drainage & earthworks Excellent communication skills & ability to build relationships Proactive approach to mentoring and team management What’s on Offer This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that values your professional and personal growth.
