About the role
You'll speak with prospective students who have enquired about our online courses, guiding them toward the right qualification to achieve their career goals.
* No cold calling – all leads are warm and generated by our Marketing team.
* Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.

Requirements
* Customer service or sales experience (minimum 1 year).
* Comfortable with making large amounts of outbound calls.
* High level of emotional intelligence.
* Display a high level of resilience and adaptability.
* Excellent communication skills and a proven commitment to delivering quality customer service.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent administration skills.
* Exceptional time management skills.
* Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative and problem‐solving skills within a team environment.
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
* A current Working With Children's Check or ability to obtain one upon request.
