We're on the hunt for a Programmatic Campaign Executive to join our high-peforming team based in either Sydney or Melbourne. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for digital media and a keen eye for campaign performance and optimisation.
What does your day to day look like?As a Programmatic Campaign Executive, you'll be responsible for the execution and management of programmatic audio, video, and display campaigns. You'll work closely with internal sales teams, agency and direct clients, SSPs, DSPs, and trading desks to deliver exceptional results, ROI, and insights. You'll:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead PMP and PG deal creation and management across LiSTNR and partner platforms.
Ensure high service levels with 24–48hr deal turnarounds and proactive campaign management.
Analyse campaign performance and clean room data to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiencies.
What you'll need:
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and build strong relationships with clients.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising programmatic or digital ad campaigns to meet and exceed client objectives and revenue targets.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Experience using Microsoft Excel.
