As a Maintenance Support Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out routine maintenance tasks to ensure all apartments and common areas are well-maintained and safe for residents.
* Responding promptly to maintenance requests from reception, housekeeping, and management to resolve any issues efficiently.
* Supporting refurbishment projects and scheduled improvement works to enhance the overall property experience.
* Assisting with overnight Caretaker duties which may include:
* Overnight shifts
* Emptying bins and maintaining bin areas
* Cleaning and testing the pool and spa
* Basic cleaning/reset tasks in common areas
* Responding to after-hours issues in line with established procedures
Your primary objective will be to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well-presented at all times. You will work independently while being an active member of the team.
