We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead one of our Sydney dealerships.
The ideal candidate will have significant pre-owned vehicle sales management experience, a proven track record of success, and excellent customer service skills. They will be responsible for managing clients, recruiting and mentoring sales team members, and driving departmental results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage clients and sales teams to achieve business objectives
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Recruit and mentor sales team members to improve performance
* Drive departmental results through data analysis and decision-making
Requirements:
* Significant pre-owned vehicle sales management experience & proven history of success
* Full open driver's licence.
* Exceptional, mature and positive mindset, with a "can do" attitude.
* A willingness to succeed as a key figure of the management team working closely with the support of the general management team.
* The ability and willingness to follow a well-constructed blueprint for success (including the Road To A Sale), while motivating and supporting your sales team.
* Lead by example at all times.
* A good understanding of the prestige pre-owned vehicle market and good general basic mechanical knowledge.
* Exceptional presentation, keen eye for detail, a good understanding of the importance of world-class facility, including inventory merchandising, maintenance & presentation.
* The ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
* The ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a close-knit team while utilising the latest technology.
