Job Overview:
* This position entails leading the Human Resources department and acting as a liaison between hotel team members and senior management.
* Responsibilities will also include coordinating Employee Relations and Industrial Relations activities, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise closely with Area Directors on key HR matters to drive strategic planning and goal achievement.
* Develop and implement succession plans in collaboration with senior managers during regular performance reviews.
* Monitor employee absences against company guidelines and maintain accurate records.
* Manage online personnel systems and generate monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
* Cultivate a culture of recognition by coordinating Team Member rewards and recognition programs.
