Key responsibilities:
 1. Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries via phone or email
 2. Provide expert technical support on hardware and software issues
 3. Evaluate and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
 5. Identify areas for process improvement related to data quality
 6. Collaborate with other teams on ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
 1. Possession of a Certificate 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent)
 2. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable
