This leadership role involves overseeing project completions and handover documentation. The Completions and Assurance Manager will report to the GM Construction and Logistics and provide program-wide oversight of the completions program and handover documentation program.
Key responsibilities include ensuring early planning and execution for completions activities from contractors, determining requirements for completions with customers and contractors, and managing the production and completion of completions documentation in line with project milestones.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 20+ years of relevant experience or 25+ years of relevant work experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * Technical knowledge of construction systems, applications of engineering and construction and commissioning methods and materials for major infrastructure projects.
 * Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
 * Demonstrated experience in project completions management and processes and procedures for major infrastructure or aviation projects.
The successful candidate will be skilled in working and communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with other project functional groups. They will also have experience working with and managing contracts, as well as proficiency in MS Office and database applications.
