The Membership Sales Representative role plays a pivotal part in driving our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Utilize creative and innovative techniques to maintain a consistent flow of incoming leads.
* Sales Performance: Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
* Client Engagement: Provide engaging sales presentations and tours to prospective members, highlighting club facilities and features that meet identified fitness needs.
* Member Journey: Create personalized member experiences through positive and interactive engagements.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor daily leads, appointments, and sales on our CRM system.
Requirements for Success:
* Minimum 2 years of previous sales experience, preferably in the Fitness Industry.
* A highly motivated individual with a drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
* Experience working in a KPI-driven environment with a proactive lead generation mindset.
