About the role
We're looking for an experienced EL1 Scrum Master to support a major Federal Government transformation program. You'll guide agile delivery across multidisciplinary teams, helping to shape services that make a real difference to people and communities across Australia.

Key responsibilities
* Manage project scope, timelines, and sprint planning
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
* Support agile ceremonies and coach teams on agile best practices
* Track progress, risks, and dependencies using project tools
* Maintain RAID logs and support resource planning
* Collaborate with Product Owners and Domain Leads to manage backlogs
* Ensure alignment with governance frameworks and escalate issues as needed
* Foster a positive, accountable team culture
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
* Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
* Ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable experience
* Background in the disability, social services, or tribunal sectors
* Experience in large-scale government or enterprise environments
Eligibility requirements
* You must be an Australian Citizen
* Able to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
