The Role

We're looking for a commercially astute Business Development Manager who thrives on collaboration, values long-term relationships and wants to play a meaningful role in helping organisations transform through technology.
What You'll Do
* Identify and develop new opportunities across mid-market, enterprise and government customers.
* Lead complex, consultative sales engagements from first conversation through to close.
* Partner closely with internal technical, delivery and customer engagement teams to design tailored solutions.
* Prospect across Brennan's full portfolio including Cloud, Infrastructure, Data & AI, Business Apps, Voice & Data, Telephony, Hardware and Software Development.
* Leverage your network, vendor partnerships and digital channels to build a sustainable pipeline.
* Support local marketing initiatives that align with broader campaigns and brand strategy.
What You'll Bring
* Strong experience in IT or consulting sales, with a track record of achieving results.
* Confidence presenting to senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
* A consultative, outcome-focused approach to selling.
* Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
* Experience in MSP, consulting or systems integration environments (advantageous, not essential).
