Job Title: Guest Transport Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Guest Transport Manager to oversee our transport team, ensuring VIP guests and loyalty members receive exceptional service.
About the Role
This role is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Guest Transport staff to deliver outstanding service to our guests. As the primary contact for guests in Hamilton Island, you will be responsible for managing pre-arrival, stay, and follow-up arrangements, resolving guest concerns, and collaborating with departments to create seamless guest experiences.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor the Guest Transport team to deliver outstanding service.
* Serve as the primary contact for guests in Hamilton Island, managing pre-arrival, stay, and follow-up arrangements.
* Resolve guest concerns and use feedback to drive improvements.
* Collaborate with departments to create seamless guest experiences.
* Ensure brand standards are met for loyalty program benefits.
* Identify revenue opportunities through upselling and premium experiences.
* Manage team schedules and ensure operational readiness.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Luxury Hotel Experience: Proven experience in guest relations within a luxury hotel environment.
* Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Hotel Management Systems: Proficiency in hotel management systems.
* Flexibility: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
* Degree or Diploma: A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred).
