About therole:
The Ticketing Officer plays a keyrole in the successful operation of Saltwater and the OldCourthouse Complex. As the first point of contact for visitors,this position provides exceptional customer service and supportsticketing operations. Reporting to the Venue Operations Supervisor,this position is essential in delivering a professional, welcoming,and well–organised precinct experience.
What you'll doing:
* Deliver high quality customer service and manage ticketsales across online and in–personchannels.
* Respond to enquiries about events, exhibitions, and venuehire.
* Maintain a clean, welcoming venue and ensure buildingsecurity when opening or closing.
* Build and manage events in the ticketing system, ensureaccurate information, and liaise with hirers.
* Support merchandise accessioning and assist with eventplanning and general administrative tasks.
What you'll bring tothe role:
The ideal candidate will align withthe City's Values and be able to demonstrate the belowcompetencies:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in ticketing or eventlogistics.
* Strong computer skills and confidence learning newsystems.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness tosupport a variety of tasks.

* Proof of right to work in Australia
Hours andconditions:
This role is casual and the workingdays and times are expected to vary between day and evening shifts,including weekends.
