Site Engineering Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of specialist geotechnical and foundation works on active sites.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the planning and execution of piling, diaphragm wall, or ground improvement works
* Preparing method statements, lift plans, QA documentation, and daily site reporting
* Coordinating subcontractors and engaging with clients and consultants
* Monitoring HSEQ standards and ensuring compliance on-site
* Assisting with procurement, site setup, and logistics
About You
* We are looking for degree-qualified individuals in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with 2-4+ years of experience in a similar role (ideally in piling, foundations, or ground engineering)
* A strong safety awareness and willingness to work on-site in varying conditions are essential
* Familiarity with QA processes, ITPs, and geotechnical testing is also beneficial
* Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence are required
Bonus Points For
* Practical knowledge of CFA, D-walls, anchoring, or other ground engineering techniques would be highly valued
* The desire to grow into a Project Engineer or Project Manager role is also desirable
