From our beginnings over 46 years ago in Sydney's markets to becoming a national brand with 50+ boutiques, our commitment remains the same: to empower women to express their style boldly and confidently. In this role, you'll bring that vision to life across every store, every team member, and every customer interaction.
As a key member of our Retail Leadership Team, this role is all about leading with purpose – driving performance, developing high-performing teams, and creating a culture that's vibrant, inclusive, and unmistakably SHEIKE.
A Day in the Life
You'll be the heartbeat of your cluster, championing people, performance, and operational excellence across multiple boutiques.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences across all stores
* Motivating and inspiring teams to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets
* Coaching and developing Store Leaders through regular check-ins, reviews, and personalised development plans
* Optimising wage control, productivity, and operational efficiency
* Leading a high-energy, inclusive culture that reflects our SHEIKE values
* Driving succession planning by identifying and nurturing future leaders
* Supporting boutique teams with strong commercial insight and visual merchandising execution
* Maintaining clear communication and feedback loops between HQ and boutique teams
About You
You're a passionate, people-first leader who thrives in a dynamic retail environment. You love bringing out the best in others and lead with authenticity, clarity, and confidence.
You'll bring:
* 3+ years' experience in multi-site or store leadership (Cluster, Area, or Senior Store Manager level)
* Proven fashion retail experience with strong styling capability
* A track record of delivering results through people, process, and culture
* Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills
* A passion for developing talent and leading with purpose
* A current driver's licence and flexibility to travel across the region
Your Experience
* Experience leading multiple boutiques or high-volume stores within a fast-paced retail environment
* Strong capability across sales leadership, talent development, and operational excellence
* Confidence managing performance, wage control, and key commercial drivers
* Experience supporting visual merchandising execution and maintaining brand standards
* A commitment to fostering inclusive, positive, and high-performing teams
* A genuine love of fashion, styling, and empowering women through confidence
