Job Title: Retail Assistant - Buys and Loans Operator
This position is a retail based role, in our buys and loans department. The successful candidate will accurately perform day-to-day transactions in our buys and loans department.
About the Job
* Achieve KPI targets by actively seeking pricing feedback and trends.
* Build lasting relationships with customers by actively listening to and understanding their needs.
* Effectively communicate pricing, valuation and pawnbroking options to customers.
The ideal candidate will have proven customer service experience, ideally within a retail environment.
Requirements
* Proven customer service experience.
* An interest in technology, gaming, collectables, jewellery or tools and hardware.
* Strong communication skills that build rapport, trust and demonstrate compassion.
