As a Network Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support for network systems, monitoring performance, and resolving technical issues in a collaborative environment.
About the Role
* Technical assistance is provided to users via various channels including phone, email or remote access.
* Maintenance of network infrastructure includes routers switches and firewalls. This may involve configuring upgrading or troubleshooting hardware software or firmware.
* Network performance is monitored using tools such as SolarWinds Nagios or other industry-standard software.
This role requires strong communication skills effective problem-solving abilities and at least 3 years of experience in a NOC or network support role. Ideally CCNA JNCIA certification would be beneficial.
