We're looking for a technically savvy and customer-focused Web & Digital Experience Specialist to lead the evolution of a multi-site digital ecosystem.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of multiple websites, drive a major platform consolidation project, and significantly enhance how customers interact with digital services.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in managing and optimising a portfolio of websites, ranging from simple informational sites through to more complex platforms with system integrations.
Working closely with Customer Experience, Communications, and ICT teams, you'll ensure digital channels are high-performing, user-friendly, and aligned with best practices.
A major focus of the role is leading the development of technical specifications and vendor tender processes to bring multiple sites into a more unified and strategic digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise multiple websites with varying levels of complexity
* Lead the development of functional and non-functional specifications for the upcoming digital platform procurement
* Drive a vendor tender process, including evaluation and ongoing vendor management
* Partner with Customer Experience teams to improve user journeys, forms, and service pathways
* Maintain and enhance website content, ensuring quality, accessibility, and consistency
* Implement and report on SEO, analytics, and performance improvements
* Provide technical guidance across CMS platforms (e.g. enterprise systems like Squiz)
* Build internal capability by training and supporting content "super users"
* Ensure strong governance, compliance, and digital best practice standards
About You
You're a detail-oriented and proactive digital professional who can balance technical capability with customer experience thinking.
You bring:
* Experience managing websites and CMS platforms (enterprise-level preferred)
* Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital optimisation
* Ability to develop technical documentation and specifications
* Experience working with or managing external vendors and delivery partners
* A strong eye for quality, usability, and continuous improvement
* Confidence working across teams and translating technical concepts into clear actions
* A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering better outcomes for customers
