Job Responsibilities:
* Drive accommodation sales across leisure, corporate, and travel trade segments
* Manage inbound enquiries and proactively conduct outbound sales outreach
* Support marketing, revenue, and promotional campaigns to maximise bookings
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event partners
* Upsell extended stays and curated experience add-ons to increase revenue per booking
* Accurately track leads, bookings, and performance using CRM and booking systems
* Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and occupancy targets
Job Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in sales, hospitality, tourism, or a related commercial role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships
* Proven ability to manage inbound enquiries and conduct proactive outbound sales activities
* Results-driven mindset with experience working toward revenue and occupancy targets
* Familiarity with CRM systems, booking platforms, or property management systems
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
