The Opportunity
We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Construction Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on a new challenge and join a business with a business dedicated to keeping Tasmania moving.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support our mission - "We are here for you" – bydelivering expert advice, a seamless sales experience, and genuine value for our customers.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Proactively identifying new business opportunities across our product range
* Building and maintaining a strong customer network within your designated region
* Consistently deliver high levels customer service
* Collaborating with the Branch Manager & Group Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets
* Work effectively with all departments and branches
* Accurately appraise and value machinery offered for trade-in or purchase
* Represent TASMAC at field days demonstrations and industry events
* Ensure timely and accurate sales administration
* All other duties as required by management
About You
To be successful in the role, you will bring:
* Proven experience in developing new business and identifying growth opportunities across the construction and lifestyle product lines
* Demonstrated sales achievements and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships within your region
* A proactive attitude and well-developed problem-solving skills
* An ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* A passion for the agricultural and construction industries
* High computer literacy and confidence using digital sales tools
* Valid and current driver's Licence
