* Provide Quality oversight for NPD and EPD projects, including review and approval of complexity assessments, product specifications, and first commercial batch releases.
* Conduct and review quality investigations (OOS, OOT, deviations), applying robust root cause analysis and ensuring effective and timely CAPA implementation.
* Liaise with contract manufacturers and external testing laboratories to coordinate testing, review results, and maintain strong supplier quality relationships.
* Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, HACCP, PFIAA, SQF, FSANZ, APVMA, Australian Standard AS 5812, and relevant ISO standards (9001, 22000, 17025).
* Manage product stability and shelf‑life programs, including real‑time testing where applicable, ensuring studies meet regulatory and internal requirements.
* Initiate and manage Change Controls, ensuring quality impacts are assessed, implemented, and documented in a timely manner.
* Prepare and maintain quality metrics and reports to support management review, regulatory readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
