About the role
You will be required to:
* Undertake mechanical fitting/boilermaker duties during breakdowns
* Lead a team of mechanical fitters and boilermakers
* Be flexible and undertake wide range of work, office and site duties
* Work within a team environment
* Have a can-do attitude and passion for the industry

Skills and experience
* Trade Qualified - mechanical fitter certificate 3
* Driver's License
* Strong focus on safety
* Can do attitude
* Self motivated
* Experience in leading a team
* Experience in fast pace FMCG facilities
* Exceptional fault-finding skills
* Able to read and interpret drawings
* Carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance on all machinery
* Carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance on conveyor systems
* Great communication skills with peers and clients
* Proven experience within mechanical fitting
* Able to use smart phone devices
* Excellent computer skills
* Experience with maintenance software
* Experience in scheduling teams
During the interview process you will be asked a series of question in regards to your trade knowledge and experience. You also may be asked to perform practical tests.
