We’re searching for a General Manager who is more than a leader – someone who can bring people together, build capability, and get things done. This role will oversee both our Production and Design sites, ensuring they run seamlessly, collaboratively, and with an unrelenting drive for innovation and quality.

Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams across design and productionDrive operational excellence and ensure projects are delivered on time and to specFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementWork closely with the Chief Technical Officer and leadership team on strategic prioritiesRoll up your sleeves when needed – this is a role for doers, not just delegators
