As our business continues to grow in Australia and internationally, we’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Fabricator and Production Assistant to join our passionate team at our Somerville office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and wants to be part of a purpose-driven company where what you do genuinely matters.

Key Responsibilities
* Assisting in the production of resin-based (products) jewellery and decorative pieces
* Measuring, mixing and pouring resin according to set procedures
* Preparing moulds and materials for production
* Creating pendants and other products using pigments, colour blending and design techniques
* Monitoring curing times and ensuring quality control of finished products
* Sanding, polishing, and finishing products to a high standard
* Cleaning and monitoring tools and workspace
* Assisting with packing and preparing of orders when required
* Working autonomously and following directions from key team members
* Forecasting and placing regular stock orders – ensuring there is always products in stock
* Receiving and recording incoming stock
* Liaising with suppliers and managing lead times
* Managing stock for expo’s
* General warehouse duties
* Assisting with improvements to stock managing systems & processes
* Working collaboratively with the wider team

This is a part time 4 day per week position based at our Somerville office, with room to grow.
The following skills and experience are required and essential:
* Previous experience in inventory management
* Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment
* The ability to follow processes while also adapting to new product development
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Comfortable communicating with team members and suppliers
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
