Department Head in Enhanced Supportive Community Care Team
As Department Head, you will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and outcomes. You will lead the team in developing and implementing evidence-informed clinical practices that meet the needs of patients with late-stage degenerative and chronic conditions, and disability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless care coordination and integration.
* Develop and implement policies that align with professional codes of ethics and district guidelines.
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care and patient outcomes.
You will also be accountable for providing mentorship, support, and resources to staff members to help them grow professionally and personally.
Requirements
* Senior Allied Health Clinician or Senior Psychologist with full registration, or Social Worker eligible for membership of AASW.
* Minimum experience as a Level 2 Occupational Therapist or equivalent.
* Significant level of clinical expertise relevant to people living with late-stage degenerative and chronic conditions and disability.
* Current NSW Driver's Licence.
