Job Description
AECOM’s Ground Engineering & Tunnelling team is currently seeking an engaging and collaborative Team Manager based in either our Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast office.
In this key leadership role, you’ll help drive market growth, strengthen client relationships, and support the continued development of our talented South‑East Queensland team.
This role will give you the opportunity to network across all areas of the business and with our leading specialists in Australia and New Zealand and globally, building your professional profile and carving a career pathway that will make a difference.

* Foster business development by building strong client partnerships and expanding AECOM’s market presence.

* A relevant tertiary degree, CPEng, and proven industry experience, ideally in consulting.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build relationships and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders at varying levels.

* Commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to make informed decisions that balance profitability, efficiency, and market insight.
