We are seeking an experienced, values‑driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a complex, community‑centred organisation delivering inclusive education services.
This is a pivotal leadership role for a CEO who can balance social purpose with commercial acumen, translate strategy into action, and lead with empathy, clarity, and accountability.

About the Role
As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for organisational performance, culture, compliance, and long‑term viability. You will lead multiple operational entities, including accredited community education, senior school programs, and children's education and care services, ensuring integrated leadership and consistent quality across all divisions.
You will act as the organisation's Public Officer and primary representative, building strong relationships with community, government, education, and industry stakeholders.
About You
You are a senior leader who combines strategic insight, operational discipline, and genuine commitment to community impact. You are comfortable working with Boards, navigating complex regulatory environments, and successfully leading multidisciplinary teams through change.
Tertiary qualifications in leadership, education, community services, or business
Senior executive leadership experience in a complex organisation (education, community, or not‑for‑profit preferred)
Minimum of 3-5 years senior executive leadership experience in a complex organisation
Strong financial, governance, and risk management capability
Demonstrated success in innovation, funding, partnerships, and organisational growth
Experience working closely with Boards
Knowledge of education, training, and community‑based service environments

Ethical, resilient, and values‑driven leadership style
Strong communicator who builds trust, clarity, and shared purpose
Employment Conditions
Remuneration: Comprehensive for the right candidate and negotiable based on skills and expertise
Hours: Flexible, including some evening and weekend work as required
Compliance requirements: Working With Children Check, National Criminal Record Check, and valid driver's licence
