We are seeking a highly skilled Dam Engineering Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Dams team, you will contribute to the delivery of complex water infrastructure projects across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage engineering components of major dam projects
* Provide technical and strategic direction in project delivery
* Mentor and guide our growing team of engineers
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Requirements:
* Proven experience in delivering high-quality outcomes in the dam industry
* Pastoral care and development leadership skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A passion for developing lasting relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and local industries
* A relevant tertiary degree
