Retail Supervisor – Inventory
Candidate Overview:
* Manage and lead a team of inventory associates.
* Supervise inventory events and ensure timely execution.
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any event concerns.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and train inventory associates to achieve operational excellence.
2. Drive productivity and employee engagement through effective supervision.
3. Collaborate with Area and District Managers to resolve issues and implement solutions.
4. Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment that upholds our Core Values: Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.
Requirements:
* Age 18 or older.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* At least two years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
* Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
* Able to work flexible schedules with varying hours.
* A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be necessary.
Working Conditions:
* Ability to stand for prolonged periods and walk occasionally.
* Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
* Ability to frequently be in low-level positions.
* Ability to frequently use a ladder.
* Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
* Ability to travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
