Administrative Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide day-to-day administrative support to our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in sales and/or administration.
* Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
* Support the sales team with various tasks to optimize their time.
* Assist with data entry and cleanup within Salesforce, ensuring customer information is up-to-date.
* Perform general administrative duties, such as processing mail and preparing correspondence.
* Prepare and submit sales-related documents, including quotes and contracts.
* Book meetings and prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and other meeting materials.
* Take meeting minutes and maintain records.
* Provide reports and data insights as requested from various data sources.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of related experience in Sales Administration or Executive Administration, with experience in the industry preferred. Strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and experience with Salesforce are essential.
