Your Role
As a non-contact Educational Leader, you will guide pedagogy, inspire your team, and lead the creation of meaningful learning experiences. You will:
* Champion the approved learning frameworks and drive program quality
* Collaborate with the Centre Director and Relationship Manager to ensure holistic care
* Support and mentor educators to elevate learning outcomes for every child
* Foster a culture of reflection, curiosity, and continuous improvement
