About the Role
As Assistant Department Manager you will play a key role in the day‐to‐day operations of the department, working closely across the store to ensure a great shopping experience for customers and a supportive environment for the team. Supported by the Store Leadership Pathway, the role offers opportunities to learn leadership skills and department capabilities, building a solid base for future development.
