Hall funerals is currently seeking a professional, reliable and caring individual to join our team on a casual basis.Role overview: As a Transfer / Funeral Assistant, you will work as part of a team and be responsible for the respectful and timely transfer of deceased persons from place of death to our funeral home.
You may also assist with funeral services, viewings and other duties as required.ResponsibilitiesOn Call roster (approximately 1 out of 4 weeks)Assist with setting up funeral servicesProvide respectful and compassionate support to grieving familiesEnsure vehicles and equipment are maintained and presented to a high standardMaintain confidentiality and comply with health and safety proceduresWork as part of a close team and ensure all services are carried out with care and professionalismFull training will be providedRequirementsProfessional appearance and compassionate demeanourPhysically fit and able to lift and move deceased with care and respectWillingness to work flexible schedule, including on-call shiftsFull, clean Victorian issued drivers licenseHow to applyIf this job sounds like you, then please apply by sending your resume and cover letter via seek.
